All pieces are handmade with great attention in our studio in Miami, Florida. We stand by our quality accessories but ask that you treat them with care. Since our pieces are made to order, please allow up to seven business days for your order to be manufactured and shipped.
All orders are shipped via an insured carrier (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Our checkout process includes all your shipping cost options and estimates. Payment must be completed and confirmed at time of shipping.
We are happy to accept international orders. We offer international shipping through US Postal Service or UPS Worldwide. Please note that our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage or any other charges applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these or any other fees applicable. By Lilla is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandles. The cost will vary greatly depending on what and where we are shipping and can be considerably higher.
There are no refunds, only exchanges. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online order, By Lilla will accept items for exchange within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please allow three weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email. We can not refund shipping or handling charges on exchanged items. Please send items to be exchanged through an insured courier (Fedex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). By Lilla is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled. Items bought in stores may not be returned to By Lilla.com as items bought on line may not be returned at stores carrying By Lilla products. To return an item for exchange, please follow these simple steps:
1- Obtain a Return Athorization (RA) number via email at info@bylilla.com. We will not accept packages without an RA Number.
2- Include a copy of you receipt and a copy of your RA # inside the package and make sure the RA # is clearly Marked on the outside of the package
3- Pack and securely seal the merchandise in its original packaging
